Texas Roadhouse

This place is the most consistent franchise I've ever been to. I don't like chains, but the quality if food, price and service is the best run Restaurant hands down in my opinion. Every steak, Ribs, chicken, side dish, dressing and those darn rolls I eat a pound of are always spot on from East side of Cleveland to Stow, Polaris to any location in Ohio I've been to. I love locally owned family restaurants, but if I want to make sure I eat a good meal I know Texas Roadhouse will be the same as every time.

No wait and the staff was awesome! Tables were clean and the rolls were amazing. Didn't have to wait long for food. Had music playing wasn't too loud. TV's are a plus

Food was pretty good. Service was sufficient. But the call ahead seating was horrible. We call ahead. Arrive. Stand there for 30-40 mins waiting to be seated. Normally I'd be very understanding since we had a group of 10. Which really isn't all that large since normally we're a group of 16, but we stood there looking at seating for 16 empty ready to have someone sit down and they place a group of 6 that there and we sat and waited some more. Rather defeats the point of call ahead seating. I think someone needs to explain to the hostess staff of restaurants that call ahead seating is a benefit to the restaurant and servers as a way of forewarning that a larger then normal group is coming so they can seat other patrons accordingly and therefore providing better service to all patrons and increasing tips for service personnel. This Texas roadhouse failed miserably. The only reason for 3 stars is the service was adequate and the food was decent.

This Texas Roadhouse; in Springfield Oh. Was great. My friend Catherine was very satisfied, and so was I. The staff was friendly, and took great care to see that our food was prepared right, and that we enjoyed ourselves. Isn't that the way you want a good restaurant to be? Well I hope so.
