Always good for a quick grab n go bite on the run

I had an experience at Rally's a couple of weeks ago to where I went through the drive-thru. Ordered my food got home. Realized my order was wrong contacted them. Expecting a little bit of hassle because I couldn't find the receipt I was surprised to find that once I arrived Not only was there no problem that they had my order that was correct ready for me and had it doubled and gave me a complete refund. And a gift certificate. I was totally shocked didn't ask for anyting wasn't mean wasn't hateful just really helpful friendly people customer service is really good I'm really happy with my visit there the food is much better and much cheaper than most fast food restaurants why waste your time going anywhere else Rally's is fast fast and cheap cheap and good good give it a shot
