Ordered a Cobb salad with buttermilk ranch got a fried chicken salad with a lemon vinaigrette. I would have called about it but there is no contact information on the receipt. Our order was placed at 11:09 and it wasn't busy yet. This is my third time getting lunch here and the first time I was disappointed. The salad honestly looked like it was dumped in the takeout container. My other two (previous) salads were nicely put in the container. My husband got a shrimp Caesar and it was good.

Don't let the three stars fool you. The music selection was fantastic, the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was great. The only issue I have is the prices for the selection of food. I feel it was aimed at quick bites to get in and get out. I had the catfish Po boy and the style of bread and veggies overpowered the sandwich. Catfish is what makes the sandwich. The brisket was decent and the grilled cheese was pretty good.

Again this isn't a bad place to go but if you want full on flavor and price matching it, this won't be the stop.

A new place with some decent food, their lunch menu is good. Their dinner menu looks great, some nice concepts but overpriced entrees for what it is. Especially when other places in Clark county offer the same entree at half the price. Hopefully they decide to come down to earth one day.

We went to Charlo’s to celebrate a birthday lunch and had a delightful experience! Robert, our exceptional server, went above and beyond to welcome and inform us. Loved the decor…beautiful exposed bric wall, fresh flowers on every table, lots of customers, yet private seating. The menu had great variety. We decided on salads. The portions were exceptionally generous but most importantly, delicious! We’ll split one next time! And, we can’t wait to go back…and ask for Robert…who will make you feel so special to be in downtown Springfield!

We came for the soft opening and were super happy. They had a great menu and the space was inviting. Definitely looking forward to future lunches. Check out the fresh produce by the order board. Fresh flowers were a great touch. 👌🏼
