    It is a Potbelly - what more is there to say? The menu is the same as every other Potbelly, the service is fine (not good or bad), and everything else is as you would expect. The grilled chicken and cheddar is solid, especially with avocado, and the shakes are good, but in the end it is still fast food. At least it is healthier than most fat food places!

    The two ladies that serve the morning shift are the most professional, kind, patient and accommodating folks we have come across in the service industry.

    Encountered an absolutely humanizing moment at this Potbelly’s on early real-early Tuesday morning, Oct 23. (The limitedness of this forum does not allow the opportunity to share more here.)

    Who knows how much they have to deal with but they smile at life and continue to do their best. Seriously inspiring.

    Lastly, the cookie and the vegetarian bagels were great. (As if I care about the food at this point! Anyway...)
