But honestly nothing I'd ever recommend. Exactly 3 layers of noodles which are thin and barely noticeable. It's like a mouthful of ricotta and overly broken down meat. The OPEN FACED STEAK AND CHEESE SANDWICH was ok. Meat was tender,could use the option of adding grilled mushrooms, onions or both. But again nothing I'd recommend sadly. I do love supporting local though... So I'd try some other options.Not crossing it off the list yet. Restaurant was clean. Kid who brought out our food was friendly, kind, and apologetic about my cold lasagna.”

And Orlando's is where you get it. Orlando's reminds me of the slices I'd get as a kid at the local Mom 'n Pop pizza parlor. They just do it right here.”

“I LOVE the cheddar/chili dogs, cheddar fries and chocolate malts. They also serve burgers and other cookout-type foods. They offer seating inside but it's very dated and needs an upgrade. Many people use one of the two drive thru lanes. During busy hours you can expect up to a 15 minute wait but it's worth it. This is one of the few great things left in East Liverpool.”
