I'm glad to repoart that they have improved their customer service 100% as I have made several successful purchases with them. _______ I used to order from here quite often but I stopped giving them my business after constant mistakes with my order only to be followed up by a lack of care by employees and managers about their mistakes. I understand that mistakes happen, and I always give businesses the opportunity to make it right, but my experience at this location is that mistakes are shrugged off and the customer experience is not highly valued; thus minimal efforts are made to correct the issues. I'll take my $700 a year on pizza elsewhere. It's too bad because the food is usually good when made right.”

“This subway has a phenomenal worker named Courtney. I was there on 3/4. It was the best expirence I’ve ever had at a subway. The bread wasn’t smashed, perfect fluffiness, and beautifully cut. While making the sub all the meats and vegetables were placed exactly to my liking. Then my ranch was on the sub was placed with just the right amount. Once it was time to wrap my sub, she did amazing. She should get a job at chipotle with how well she wraps subs. I will be back as much as possible because of her. Please keep her on staff.”

“This Taco Bell team always provides a great experience. In the drive-thru, there is never any pressure to rush my order as they are especially patient and receptive. Once, I wanted the special rattlesnake burrito that was no longer available, and the team member said they could arrange the ingredients to mimic a rattlesnake burrito—and it was delicious! Even if the drive-thru line is very long, the wait is never long. Kudos to the team.”

“I was traveling through and decided to stop by your establishment..I was Greeted by a Very Nice young lady with the Most Beautiful Smile..I was asking if there was a good supermarket in town and she gladly told me there was....She took my order and the food was Delicious !! Especially after driving for 7 hours straight and needing a break.....Next time I am driving through I will definately stop by again...The young lady was Awesome as her customer service and friendly personality made the trip that much more enjoyable..I think she said her name was Star I believe ...You dont find good customer service alot there days so this was a True Refreshing experience..Kudos to Star...:)”
