Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse

This is without a doubt the best steakhouse I've ever been to. The ambiance is not as good as red, the reputation isn't as good as Morton's, but oh man... You got to try the tomahawk!

Excellent service and very good drinks. I recommend the smoked Old Fashioned for the wonderful aroma and flavour--a bit sweet, but very well-balanced. Steaks are also quite delicious and diverse.

This spot has always been a top-notch place to go.... the gentleman behind the bar was awesome.. but it appeared that he was truly being overworked and trying to handle the bar and the people being seated without any assistance ....unfortunately the waitresses were waiting for him to fix drinks and he was trying to be attentive to the ones at the bar... he did the best he could and I understood ,but I think they need to take care of that where he's not being pulled in every direction and can be attentive to everyone... other than that everything else and their food as usual was fantastic ..yes I would go back again in hopes for better assistance with the bar area...

Had a great first experience while celebrating my friends birthday. Food of course was amazing. Service was nice. S/o to the valet guy who sang happy birthday for us. Much appreciated.

Excellent service, atmosphere, the food was prepared perfectly and the restaurant was really clean.

The only critique would be, the main entrance out front was dirty, with planters that needed replacing/dead plants. Doesn't make a great first impression for such a fine restaurant...until you go inside where everything is immaculate. Some fresh flowers and or plants inside would be lovely too. Looking forward to coming back again!
