Mitchell's Ice Cream (Beachwood)

This is one of the best Ice cream and milkshake. Place was busy so I can understand employees messed up my order for milkshake however their Berries chocolate and wild-berry crumble was really good. Kind of ice cream that will satisfy your taste buds beyond other regular ice cream. Their Tiramisu Ice cream is also really to die for. Each cream I had each spoon was wholesome and have good texture and flavor. Atmosphere wasn’t really clean because they were much busy.

Every person we have come across at this location is calm, quick and kind. They turn the train on for my son when he asks. They are polite and have smiles, even when busy. The ice cream is delicious! My absolute favorite ice cream :)

Excellent ice cream parlor. I took some small kids here and they loved looking at the mounted train and track going around the shop. The Lavender Honey and Strawberry Jalapeno seasonal flavors were among the best and most interesting ice cream flavors I've ever tasted. The Lavender Honey is so refreshing.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
This location is kosher, though I don't know about other locations.

This is the best ice cream in Ohio!! Vegan and regular is out of this world. Bring a cooler so you can bring some quarts or pints home for later. And this location is easy to get in and out of. Best ice cream!!

This restaurant was exceptionally clean and bright when we went. I thought the ice cream was just alright and that the flavors were pretty generic. Maybe I’m just spoiled, because I’m a huge fan of Jenis ice cream and compare most boutique ice cream shops to them. I will return and try more flavors.
