Great experience, great pizza. Ordered online without any issues. Will definitely return!

Ordered a sheet pizza from them. When the pizza arrived it wasn't cut. Management gave me a hard time when I called. They didn't even offer to replace the pizza but finally offered me a $5 discount for the next time I ordered

UPDATE: The manager, Dennis called me and fixed everything. He had great customer service and was really nice.

UPDATED REVIEW:
New owners reached out to me in 2019 and were very committed to making things right. Glad new ownership and management could get the brand I love so much back on track.

of all the guys pizza locations I've visited in the last eleven years this one has been the worst. guys pizza has been my favorite pizza place since 2006.

employee didn't follow recipe to cook pizza properly. management did not initially believe pizza came without sauce, until I produced a receipt the next day demonstrating it was rang incorrectly. when I went to get a credit for the pizza (over $21) I was only given $20 in credit. later I called to redeem credit and was told I was not able to use credit without having an additional $10 in ordering added on to have it delivered (in addition to my credit). manager called me back another day to share that would not be an issue in the future. attempted to order loaded baked potato pizza again and pizza is no longer sold. attempted to call for specials listed on menu another day and they had been discontinued. came in another day to order slices and no slices were being sold "due to weather." came back another day for slices and management attempted to pressure me into buying a whole pizza instead of the slices I ordered.

after initial review was posted today (01/04) management called to cancel my $4.50 credit I had left on the account in order for me to "no longer have to deal with them" - some customer service.

I used to order here (Bedford Guys) at least once a week, but there is a lot that is presently going poorly at this location over the last few months and it does not reflect the brands reputation.
