    Food is outstanding! Everything from start to finish was fantastic. Cacio e Pepe was better than we had in Italy. Chicken Parmesan was fabulous as well. Very tender but crispy breading. Bread and olive spread was equally wonderful. A must try. We will be regulars!!

    Wow! We went to Carpe Raci last night and it was amazing! The best Italian food we have ever had! The owners Lauren and Joe create the perfect dining experience by providing thoughtful recommendations from their vast wine selection to pair with each authentic homemade pasta dish. It is a wonderful atmosphere for friends to gather to celebrate great food, wine and friendship! We will be back! Thank you!

    We had a wonderful time at Carpe Rici. The tuna was beautifully cooked and flavored exquisitely. The pasta that we had was cooked perfectly and utterly delicious. We received amazing service from the executive chef down to the front of house staff. We can’t wait to go back.

    Everything we had was delicious. Pasta was fresh and tasty. Chicken parmigiana was cooked perfectly. Great job chef. Will definitely go back for more.
