(December 14, 2021, 9:27 am)Located in the diner half of Rising Star Coffee is a little pop up pizza shop that has some really excellent pizza. I am hoping that they stay there. Scorpacciata in Italian means feast. I ordered three 12" and I could have fed a small army. There are tons of toppings and combinations you can choose from not typically found on most pizza menus. It is definitely worth trying.
