The pizza at Vero is outstanding. When you bite into the fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza, you will understand why they do not do takeout (a bold choice given that they border all of the options in Little Italy) — it's part of the experience. Expect a slight wait if you go on peak weekend nights, but it will be well worth it. And do get the gelato or affogato after your meal!

Everything about this place is first-rate. The staff is friendly, the restaurant itself is adorable, and the food is just outstanding. Whatever the wait is when you go, it's worth it.

This is among the best pizza in Cleveland. The crust has a crispy wood-fired texture, but is soft and fluffy inside. Every option is spectacular. The gelato selection is amazing, too! Even if you're stuffed after the pizza, be sure to try some.

This place is SO GREAT. The atmosphere is modern, sleek, and artsy. They have a killer selection of personal pizzas, with toppings like fresh basil, feta, pine nuts, and hot honey. Their dough is to die for! Super nice waiters, super great food!
