SOHO Chicken + Whiskey

This place has extraordinary southern food and is a must trying Cleveland. Be careful you'll quickly drive past it, but I recommend going in. You must try their fried chicken fried and animal fat! Also I recommend the homemade donuts with the raspberry and chocolate dipping sauce! I ate to the pain of this place and it was delightful! And the waiting staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Southern Yum for sure!

Highly recommended. Took the family there last week for brunch and wasn't disappointed. The food is amazing (buy a bottle of hot sauce to go), the drinks were spot on, and the service couldn't have been better. This is an Ohio City staple and one of the best restaurants in Cleveland. Even if you're not hungry, stop in for a drink....really amazing selection and ambiance (cool but not pretentious).

Amazing Chicken! Just do it!! I go here regularly because it has excellent food and service. They do get busy and pack the place, but it's because the food is top notch. Great vibe inside, with unique CLE decor on the main wall. Staff are always friendly even though you know they are swamped with tables????????

What is left to say - chicken and whiskey. This place was recommended to us from a friend in the food service industry and is one of the two restaurants I recommend to anyone visiting Cleveland. The menu is concise, but everything is worth trying. Always start with the pimentos and cheese (of course with a good drink) and follow it up with any of the chicken dishes. The best fried chicken I have every had.

The chicken is absolutely out of this world. The best I have ever had. Next are the waffles, fries, cold slaw n the different sauces served with their catfish and other meals. Definitely recommend. The atmosphere is so nice as well.
