Blue Point Grille

Blue Point is the best restaurant to ensure clients receive a good meal before exploring downtown Cleveland. Steak is reliable and tasty. Bonus points when they offer Kobe. Drinks are made exactly as requested. Excellent service.

We really enjoyed our dinner from start to finish! The bread, the butter and our lobster dinner were simply delicious. Everything was fresh and the service was really good. No need to make reservations. It was so good that we came back before leaving Cleveland. I strongly recommend it if you like seafood. This was our first time at blue Point, but will not be our last. It is not easy to find a wide variety of seafood in Cleveland, and Blue Point did not disappoint. The service was prompt, skilled, and not excessively attentive. Our dishes were perfectly prepared and promptly served. The dining area is beautiful, as well.

I really enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance of the restaurant would have been perfect on any other day. Unfortunately there were 3 or 4 intoxicated baseball fans who had come from the game down the street and were shouting inside the restaurant. (Full volume shouting, as if they were still in the stadium). They were disturbing the entire clientele to the point the my date and I would have left if not for our state of hunger. The staff didn't seem to know how to handle them which is the only reason I'm not giving the restaurant 5 stars. Had they had some policy about behavior which could be enforced, it would have been the perfect date night. As I mentioned, the food was exceptional. The music was set to create the perfect mood. It's a very classy place that I would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a nice experience.

Kevin was absolutely phenomenal with his friendliness and professional service! Not just him but the whole staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The mussels and grouper was amazing and cooked to perfection and the ice cream was great as well, absolutely no complaints! Will definitely come back when I'm in town!

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. Quality, service, and consistency are the hallmarks of Blue Point. Our server Lisa provided a perfectly timed meal with no detail left to chance. Lisa has a strong command of the wine selection as well as the menu. She anticipates every need. We request her when making reservations. The entire service team works in concert. Every time we’ve dined there the GM has been overseeing the front operations, ensuring every detail is attended to and greeting customers. This is not only a great dining experience but also a great example of a highly integrated team. I highly recommend Blue Point!
