Hi everyone,,. The Touch of Italy has just that ..a touch of that old time feel of home ...As if your just hanging out with friends....Big Mike the former proprietor who has gone on to Glory and we miss him dearly..Mike family and his wife started this place years ago I used to bring my kids when they were small just for pizza ... The touch of Italy has always been a special place.. the food is good the music is good and those that works there are always smiling it cannot get any better than that...the new proprietor Mister Gary is continuing that same feel... Its the place to go in Shaker just to hangout , or bring your kids for a good pizza...

Where do I begin? First, the kids had a garlic and oil pizza. It was excellent. Really. Excellent. We also ordered spaghetti with marinara and eggplant parmesan. These were both good as well. Maybe not the best spaghetti I've ever had but I would eat it again. The sauce was surprisingly spicy but I found that to be an interesting twist. The entrees came with a salad which was fine, and garlic bread; also good. Our server was pleasant. Now...the atmosphere was a bit odd. It wasn't anything like the impression we got from the website and the menus we're different as well. It wasn't like an Italian restaurant at all. To be honest, we were a little sketched out when we went in but the experience was good and the food was good.
