What a fun place! The creative ways to consume chocolate, we're plentiful and exciting. The food was delicious, service was outstanding, portions were huge and best of all? Those chocolate martinis! The variety!!! No mixes, but handcrafted... delicious!! The chocolate covered pretzel had a deep, rich flavor. The nutella martini was so divine and the chocolate covered strawberry???!! Heaven! What a delightful way to spend an evening!

Awesome drink menu. If you love chocolate and drinking, this is heaven. A whole variety of "spiked" hot chocolates to chose from along with some pretty good beers. Nothing ends the night like some double chocolate stouts and an Aztec hot chocolate!

This chain of the Chocolate Bar in downtown Cleveland is located on the very busy area of Euclid Ave. near the Public Square. Chocolate Bar always reminds us of Cheesecake Factory, with a large modern American menu and an emphasis on dessert. Our favorite part of Chocolate Bar is the giant creations that we can't order with just 2 people, like the Megatini and Mega Sundae. Otherwise, the main food items are reasonably well made, and we always save room for the dessert after. Oh yeah, visiting just for dessert is also okay too!

This place has so much potential to be great, but falls short every time. My most recent visit will likely be my last after average food and mediocre drinks. My group tried many different martinis and none of them were great. Some of the chocolate martinis tasted chalky, like they use a hot chocolate powder to make the cocktail? And the food was mostly bland with the exception of the crab cakes. They were pretty good. There are just too many amazing restaurants in Cleveland to return to an average one.
