(February 2, 2019, 2:38 pm)LOVE this area throughout the year but winter brings a unique beauty. Part of the parking lot is roped off (for good reason...icy = treacherous) & one the day I visited, everything was ice. I will return in the spring when I can sit on a bench & enjoy the sights & sounds of the area.
