Ohio City Burrito

Edit (1/12/20): I changed the rating from a 1 to a 5 because despite my experience last month, Sean--the Ohio City Burrito GM--contacted me personally, was apologetic, assured me he was going to speak to the team about the incident, made things right and took care of me. I'm a big fan of OCB and am happy he resolved things the way that he did. Thank you

Went on Saturday afternoon. Door was locked but staff was all there hanging out in the kitchen; no one bothered to open the door. Called about an hour later and was told they're open as if nothing happened. Went back, door was still locked, and was met with stares from the same staff who clearly didn't feel like working that day. Zero stars if I could.

They have delicious tacos and giant burritos and the food is really good. So good that there are multiple locations, like downtown, Ohio City, and Lakewood. There's a reason more opened up, because they're THAT good. Get a taco or burrito and see what you think. You won't regret it. Plus the service is always great!

Good food and service. No expensive for being located at the downtown area.

Great service. The line was out the door, but the food was worth it. There isn't a lot of seating inside, so don't be surprised if you can't find a spot during lunch.

Food was absolutely excellent, and service was, too! Got the W25th St. taco, and a taco salad. Both were out of this world! Lots of really good food, for a reasonable price. Place was packed, and still had my food in just a couple of minutes. Would recommend to anyone who likes hearty Mexican meals.
