High quality ingredients and picture perfect pizza with stringy cheese. Also lovely service in a small family-feel place. Plus it's all for a good cause!!
Delicious Pizza! Super thick and fresh ingredients cooked perfectly! For a passing through family great stop and allergy gluten free accommodating!
So a nice plus about this place, this is a non-profit pizza place and all profits go to helping Cleveland's homeless population. So that guilt you feel for eating pizza instead of a salad can be compensated for with a good deed.
As far as the pizza.... I like the sauce, its sweeter, and there is a lot going on with it. I like all the components. It's different and I say it is tasty. If you aren't into a little sweetness you may not like it, but I say its good.
The crust is good, but I wish they'd get it a bit thinner, It's a bit doughy. I think the next time order a pizza from there I'd ask for it well done, give it a little crispness.
Toppings were a bit scarce, we're talking, 1 maybe 2 pepperonis per slice.
Overall, worth getting and I'll likely pick it up again in that not to far future. It's a little different crust and sauce than the 25 Parma pizzas that are all basically same thing, has some artisan elements, but it isn't to the level of some of the trendy spots. kind of a happy medium.
Our dinner here was fabulous. The food was delicious - everyone in our party loved their meal so much that we passed our plates around in excitement. While small, the restaurant felt intimate and warm. Definitely go into it expecting to sit back, relax, and enjoy the company of your group. Will certainly be back!
This is an excellent version of a little neighborhood pizza parlor. The bar looks great, the tables out of a picture postcard.
I am not a fan of the sausage they use, which is the reason for missing 5 stars.
Every other benchmark is met though. The rest of the pizza ingredients are spot on, the staff was perfect. I'll bring my family there sometime, I'll just go with an alternate to the sausage.
