My husband had to go to the Cleveland Clinic for two days for long procedures. I had left to come there after working all night. He walked up and down the street but no food seemed right. I was cold, tired, and weary when we came in to Potbelly. The soup was warm, hearty, and good. We enjoyed our sandwiches. The man was very friendly and accomadating. Even a free, choclatec, homemadeh cookie! Very worth trying!

The food is solid and reasonably priced, but what stands out is their service.

I've ordered from Potbelly a few times recently but they've all been online orders. I recently had an issue with my order that was quickly fixed, but had me go through the shop instead of online. They've always been pleasant when picking the orders up, but I was really impressed that the whole place was that way. It's hard to leave without a smile on your face, just a great crew all around.
