I have never had a problem at this location ever. The customer service has always been great at any time of day or night I stop there for my family, and this is further from where I live ???? the one on I give a star in a half.
The location in east Cleveland by Windermere, first off these locations generally on the east side are poorly managed so expect to wait a bit longer. The food is pretty standard I mean its fast food and they may be out of certain items etc.
