Always great service!

I think it was the courier that lowered my rating overall... the food was fantastic, drinks were exactly as expected... the only thing was I ordered at 6:30 and got my food at 7:30...the burrito... is more of a sausage roll... wrapped in pastry! That isn't any tortilla I've ever seen!!!

The staff was very nice and pleasant service was fast and polite. 100/100 for this little cafe ?

What a wonderful, exquisite place to get a perfect cup of coffee! The staff here are very friendly. More so, they are fun and energetic! Sometimes when you walk in you can hear the baristas laughing with each other and other customers behind the bar which goes to show that many of them enjoy their job. Parking can be hard to find at this location but I still recommend going in to get a cup of coffee.

This particular Starbucks which is located in downtown Cleveland on West 6th Street. When do the things I noticed is that their staff as well trained. They're friendly courteous as well as professional.it's a good convenient location, but parking is at a premium. But it's well worth your time to go in there and check it out.there are few things that I noticed about this place that made me respect this particular staff there. I'm not going to say what it is but I have to say they did an act of kindness which I have very much respect.
