The Original Steaks and Hoagies- West Park

New place was clean... food was really good and fresh best cheesesteak I've had in Cleveland! Must try the made by hand tater tots....amazing! Lots of options to keep you coming back to try everything!! Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Hope they keep it this way.

Walked in with my partner and a friend and immediately were greeted and welcomed. Our food was amazing, they chatted with us a bit as they worked, and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. It feels like going to your local sandwich shop, getting great food, and hanging out for a bit. I seriously recommend this place if you haven't been.

Food was great. Original steak w wiz and plain tots. Rich and Cindy are hard workers. Our order was perfect but some others seem to have mistakes. Wasn’t a problem for them to fix though. If your order is wrong say something. Friendly people doing good steaks. Glad to have em in the neighborhood

Great cheesesteaks but more often than not your order is either flat out wrong or missing something.

Edit: Next order was also wrong. Ordered cajun fries and got regular fries / no blue cheese cream. The owner is standing right there every time but he's too busy schmoozing with everyone to check the orders for accuracy I guess :(

It's a huge upgrade from the subway that used to be there. The employees are great. They have a very diverse menu and I'm pretty sure anyone could find something they like there. Food is great and my PA girlfriend approved of the philly steak fries. Fried cheesecake is awesome. I would definitely go back.
