A truly unique dining experience. Japanese hotspot in a chic 24 seat intimate restaurant. The staff is amazingly attentive and informative, and will explain all the ingredients dishes and techniques in great detail, further enhancing the dining experience. The food is amazing and more than worth the price, this is my first experience eating wagyu beef and it is superb melt in your mouth butter-like. You leave more knowledgable full and content. I've been here 3 times and will go back whenever the chance arises.

This place is absolutely, hands down the best restaurant in Cleveland. The food is world class and the service matches. Five stars is not enough.

Normally, I frequent AYCE hot-pot places but I would choose Ushabu over those any day. The quality of ingredients here is unmatched and the ambience is constructed so you can have an enjoyable, peaceful meal. Price might be a little more than you're expecting, but we both left very satisfied and even had some food left over.

Very good service. Server very knowledgeable. Very small portion for the money. Nice atmosphere. Just too pricey. Was very nice at the beginning until a very very loud group of younger people that were way too loud and couldn't hear server.
