    Awful staff while ordering. Terrible wait with only one car ahead of me. But the salad and burger were perfect!

    This place is now in tip top shape with a great staff to boot.. my wife and I drive from Shaker Heights (past the old Wendy's that is over crowded or gets my order wrong all the time) and go an extra five minutes out of our way to go to THIS Wendy's because the food is always hot and fresh and the staff are nice and its CLEAN and calm. Loretta was especially amazing last time me and my wife visited.. we will return again and again.
