“Really nice dinner out to celebrate a birthday. We had the lobster bisque and French onion soup, both of which were delicious. For mains, we had scallops and filet and scampi and again were not disappointed. And the bread... It comes out steaming and was really light with a nice crust. Finally, since we were celebrating a birthday, they brought us a giant chocolate eclair, which was a fun treat. My only complaint is I had noted our birthday celebration in the reservation and still had to tell our server once there.”

“When I visited the Cleveland, Ohio area in support of my Great Beer Now blog, I had limited time to visit as many breweries as possible. I did manage to visit the big name craft breweries in the area and I knew I had time for more, but how to decide? I looked over the choices and narrowed down based on unique offerings. This led me to Collision Bend Brewing, located in the area known as Cleveland Flats. What sets this brewpub apart from others is the views that it offers. It is situated right on the shores of the Cuyohoga River and there is an outdoor patio with open views of the river. This adds greatly to the appeal, since waterfront views always seem to make any occasion better. Since Collision Bend is a brewpub, guests can expect to find excellent menu options as well as fine brew. The establishment specializes in California street food, with sandwiches, pizza, salads, and small plate items along with desserts. I liked what I tasted and sampled and I loved the beer even more. The Lake Erie Sunset Pale Wheat Ale is very popular with locals and one taste will make you understand why. There are other delicious beers, too, like Blu Lu Double IPA, easily a standout for me. Collision Bend Brewing has an atmosphere that straddles the line between a nice place of dining and a casual eatery. The brick exterior gives the establishment an industrial feel while the inside has several contemporary features. The food and beer are both noteworthy and the waterfront views make this brewery stand out in the crowd. It’s a cool place for food, brew, and water views and a place you need to visit when in the Cleveland, Ohio area.”

“This was out first time here. We met friends for the Sunday brunch. The buffet was well laid out with 4 different areas, typical breakfast items, fruit and salads, meat selection, and desert. The food was outstanding. The atmosphere is very cool as it is in an old bank with lots of history to the area. It is a bit loud as there is little acoustics. I am one that is usually bothered by this but it was very tolerable. The only blemish in our visit was the service. Perhaps due the self-serve of the buffet, there is less consistency checking in on tables but for me and our friends too much time passed between each visit from our server. It was perhaps a bad day and we will for sure return. Crop is located in an energetic area near the West Side Market and other shops within a short walk making this a nice stop before or after some shopping. Great atmosphere, great food, and good service makes this a must on your brunch destination.”
