Dunkin'

Usually this place has great customer service but since they changed some employees the place isn't the same. I have been rushed more than once when placing my order. Today when my husband and I were placing our order he ask for his drink and food and I placed my juice on the counter and we were immediately given a total. Not "is there anything ?" Not that anyone should have to ask but, if you'd give me another second I could have placed my order for food. I didn't add my food to the order being as obviously the girl had better things to do than take the rest of our order because the place was soooo packed with zero other customers. Then once her and another employee were able to get back to doing a whole lot of nothing all I heard was "G-d there's always an issue with that woman's drink". They were talking about a customer in the drive thru. I realize employees talk about customers but God D#@* shouldn't be coming out of their mouths.

Clean store and bathrooms. Employees were nice. They only offer a gluten free brownie at some locations. The coffee is okay.

George and his crew are all super nice and efficient...

I called in my order while I was in route to their store and asked them to have it ready for pickup within 10 to 15 minutes. It was ready and all I had to do was walk in and pick it up. So simple and yummy!
