Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We love Red Robin! The gourmet burgers are always tasty and consistent, the bottomless-fries are OK though overrated. A few years ago the Peppercorn burger came with sauce on it, the past few times it hasn't, it now comes a tiny cup on the side and the burger suffers for this. The bottomless fries, while they may be bottomless, arrive so few that you need a refill from the get-go. I'd rather have a standard amount of fries with my meal. If you have any vegetarian friends you can take they are a great option as they have a black bean burger that my vegetarian partner quite enjoys.

This location specifically doesn't have as much flair on the walls as the others I've been to, though it is still a great place to take the family out for a meal.

The one thing that will likely stop me from going back is that they now have the check-yourself-out machines on the tables, I don't know who invented these things but they've got to go. They hurt all parties involved, both the staff and the customer suffer. They are frustrating to use which sours your final moments right before you are supposed to leave a tip for your server.

The food was good, but they did everything they could to not replace the fries. Bottomless fries mean they originally give you half a serving size, then make you wait 20 minutes for the next. By then you just want to leave. Don't let them put you on the tables behind the wall, behind the hostess, by the bar. Those small tables barely have room for your drinks.

Burgers and wings were good taste and fresh. Our server tried her best, but it seemed the kitchen held her up. Refill on fries took forever and they didn't even come out hot. My daughters sliced apples were basically brown and wife's salad had cheese when she ordered no cheese. We've been here 3 or 4 times. Only once did the service from the kitchen meet our expectations. All the other times it was like tonight.

Bonsai burger was delicious, BBQ burger was good but onion straws were a greasy clump and not made properly. Caesar salad is always gloppy. Rest of Food was good. I loved our server who was the bartender, however, he was the ONLY one for 2/3 of the restaurant plus was bartending. There were lots [4] other staff hanging out at the bar but couldn't really figure out what their job was. Unfortunately at this restaurant, the service start to end is always way too slow to our liking.

A nice, clean, welcome restaurant. The servers were very friendly and prompt. The food has its pros and cons - for example the two-side appetizer was a little on the small side but the mushrooms are different than average fried mushrooms and we're very tasty. And because they were a little slow they gave them to me for free, which I thought was unnecessary as it really was only like 7 minutes so kudos to then for that. The burger was delicious and they have the endless sides which is great. I think they're a good restaurant with your time and money.
