Food is always amazing. I always get exactly what I want and the service is quick.

Always great service. I take my twins to the Garfield Hts location 2-3 times a week after practice and the staff has their orders memorized. Lines are long sometimes but it's worth the wait.

I love Chipotles, it's my favorite fast food Mexican restaurant. The ambiance atmosphere is pretty decent. However, I feel that for the money you spend on the the bowls and/or extra meat are always measured correctly for the price that you are paying. It really depends on the person who is making the order. For close too $2.00 you should get more than a serving spoon full of meat, especially when the server is dropping it everywhere. I'm just saying!!

I had an issue with an online catering order, the manager on duty was very helpful and was able to fix the issue considering I spent $70.00 worth of burritos. I am giving 3 stars because of the attitude problem of the young staff on the burrito line, especially the young lady at the register. At least fake being nice until I leave. Don't make rude comments and be a little you know what with me standing right there. I will not be returning to this location due to the disrespectful, and unfriendly service. That seems to be a reoccurring them based on the other comments.
