    Amazing! If you have never tried a fresh hot customized donut you are missing out. Staff is really friendly and you can watch the food being made. They even ask if your donuts look alright before you take them. They are melt in your mouth delicious. I will never eat donuts from anywhere else again.

    Love duck doughnuts. Can never get enough. We need one @ Deep Creek Lake, MD! There is a change though, tomorrow starts this locations summer hours 8am-9pm

    Poor communication between the employees and very slow. Instead of starting the donut machine when our order was taken they slowly made 3 donuts, then realized they didn’t have enough to make a half dozen, then turned on the machine (+10 minutes) , then only made 5 when we ordered 6. The two employees bickered for a bit about whether we ordered 5 or 6 donuts before finally one realized that yes we had indeed ordered a half dozen. The place was nearly empty but these two guys were so flustered and lackadaisical about fulfilling a standard and simple order. Can’t imagine what it’s like when it gets busy! Taste is fine.

    Very good donuts. Friendly staff, Although I do wish they had explained the process better. Also the price point is a bit high. I will be back soon.
