California Pizza Kitchen at Legacy Village

We were at California pizza this evening. The chopped salad was great as usual and the red velvet cake was yummy. However, our server Tierra was a disappointment. Rather than just bringing the bread and oil to us like every other server we've had has done, she asked if we wanted some. Then brought the oil with 2 pieces of bread. Usually the servers will bring 4 to 6 pieces. When in a shocked voice I said "Is that all the bread we get? She said she was going by the standards. We watched other servers giving parties of 2, 4 to 6 pieces of bread. She acted as though the bread was coming out of her own money. Didn't make us feel as welcome as usual.

Posh ambience and very good food. Strawberry Mango cooler is a must try, so refreshing! We tried chilli cauliflower and chicken dumplings which were delicious! We ordered one veg pizza and jerk chicken pizza. Jerk chicken pizza was bit of a let down as it was sweet. Overall it was a good dining experience!

It's been many years since we last ate at California Pizza. We were pleasantly surprised as the decor aged well, the pizza was really good, and the chop salad was fresh, and cold. Even though it was called a mini chopped salad, it was large enough to share.
We ordered two Sam Adams beers which were served in the appropriate glasses, poured properly, and we're cold. Rob, our server, was both friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back again.
