Why don't you just tell Google that you close at 1:30am and reopen at 4:00am instead of having employees leave preschool notes on the window, or better yet stop fooling Google on hours your store stay open because it's inconvenient and unsafe for your customers.

Cedric is one of the most inviting and friendliest persons in customer service I have ever come across! He always has warm and encouraging words for all customers. He is the primary reason that I come to this location, as I know that I can count on him to make any situation good and pleasant. And the new coffee system is wonderful. I met the day-manager and she does not come off as pleasant. She may have been having a bad day. The 5-stars are for Cedric and not necassarily for the store itself. If I could give Cedric more stars, I would, because he gives 10-star customer service.

Even though I work there through my time of working there I notice 98% of my co-workers always treated people with respect and even are on good terms for the most part the store is well managed it only looks dirty only when there is a rush as for bad customer service that only happen when we feel either threatened by a customer because of their aggressive behavior we and that's us defending ourselves all on all it may not be the best store however it's still good
