    Just an average Wendy's with a slow drive-thru line. I was trying to figure out why so slow, and it's partially because of the associates lack of urgency. But also because the distance from window to window is a car length, so you move one car at a time instead of 2-3 car lengths as other fast food places. But then again, it could mainly be due to slow associates because the location in Shaker Heights only has one window, but they move faster.
