Piada Italian Street Food

I don't want to compare this to anything else but the ordering process is similar to Chipotle with the Noodle Company thrown in. The food though is Italian and so much better. The pasta is wonderful. Sauces are amazing. Then they can throw in toppings. If you like meat or are vegan, this place has a wonderful selection for anyone. Perfectly Mediterranean. I can't wait to try a salad on my next visit.

The food is great at Piada and I’m glad to have one closer to home. The other day I was behind an entire greyhound bus of kids, but the crew handled that Entire bus - with smiles and patience - and I was outta there in no time. Plus, the few others in line clapped for their efforts.. then the entire bus of kids joined. It’s less common these days to have this sort of experience, so I greatly appreciated it. The bus of kids and chaperones would firmly agree!

My friend and I arrived at the Mayfield, Oh location in the evening for dinner and the power went out just before we walked in. The staff was so accommodating and reassuring that they would still fulfill our order and they did just that, with a great attitude and truly great customer service. I'll be happy to go back for more meals and recommend to friends. This is a new location to me and happy to have a Piada closer to home!

Mediterranean Piada 🌯 with chicken, was good! Added avocado 🥑 to the wrap. The CYO Mac &cheese seems over priced! I got Mac & cheese for the kids, with chicken meat 🍖 added. Well they didn't seem to like it.
They have a small menu, slightly disappointing 😞. The restaurant was clean looking 👌.

Amazing location, as of my current third quarter 2022 visit to purchase a meal/dinner from this location, great staff who are actually very professional and don't have the "I hate working today, I can't wait to get off" disposition that you sometimes may encounter from staff at certain other places which translates into everything they're doing while at work.

Was so refreshing and inspiring to experience the staff having pride in their work and handling customer's orders request so professionally. I dined indoors at this location and was there for about 30 minutes dinning-in, then I took the remainder as takeout to go and completed my meal at home.

The portion sizes at this location are fair during my experience, they do not try to cheat you like some other places I have been. And there are optional pasta "toppings" that you can pay reasonably extra cost if you want more portion size. The food was so delicious so I ate most of my meal before I took photo of meal, I ordered "Made-To-Order Carbonara Pasta" dish, customized it, I only selected vegetarian options for my order, some parts of the dish in my photos that look like "chicken" is actually "Artichoke", just to clarify. I also paid for some additional toppings that have a reasonable /accurate cost.

I added the photo of meal, taken right before I completed eating the remainder of my order. Deliciouso and I truly enjoyed the entire meal. I don't want Piada to take their Delicious items as a sign to raise cost or do any changes that aren't needed or may worsen the experience though.

Overall, to be honest I have to rate the experience at this location a 5 out of 5. They were so nice and so professional to the customers that even some other many other customers felt comfortable enough to dine outside and really enjoy their meals around such amazing professional chefs and restaurateurs.

I have been to other places where people are literally running out the building because such poor treatment from staff that they start to feel uncomfortable, get their food, and speed walk/rush out to the exit doors. This location was exact opposite of that💯💯💯.
