Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Good food, but not quite great. Two of the dishes were very good and good sized portions. But one of our chicken dishes seemed very small compared to the others. The sauce was still tasty, hence only knocking off one star. I'd eat there again, just not that same dish.

Food was great as usual but service was just okay. Took a long time to get drinks or acknowledged. A runner or different server brought the food to our table but had no clue what it was. Just set it down and asked "is this yours?" To which we responded "what is it exactly"? She replied "beef something or another". I ordered a new menu item so I wasnt exactly sure what my entree would look like but after looking it over I figured out it was mine. Coming from 20 years of being in the service industry myself, I just felt it was pretty unprofessional.

The service here is great! I came out my way to come to this Olive Garden. They food was on poi t and I didn't have to send a single thing back like I have to at other's. They have 2 thumbs up in my book

It's usually a great experience at this location. For some reason, this particular trip was not the same. Not having to wait to be seated was great, but took good 10 minutes for drinks to come, and order taken. Servers were very affable and nice. Our waitress was great as well. However, the restaurant was out of things. Waiting on drinks, food, and getting order taken was too long. Once the food arrived, it was good. Even took a good 10 minutes to get the check, and pay. Not sure what was going on behind the scenes. Nonetheless, if it wasn't for the staff's friendly attitude, I'd have ranked my experience lower. Thank you.

Went to Middleburgh Hts location..Had the Shrimp Alfredo and is very good. Had the usual bread sticks and salad. All very good. The waitress we had was very friendly and quick with the service. When she brought the check she brought a couple of Andes chocolate mints. I told her I love Andes mints. When she came back to pick up the check and brought us our to go boxes ..she had a whole cup of mints inside. That was nice of her. Over all good food and good service.
