Didn't feel like dining in tonight but got takeout from here. First let me say that the pictures on the website aren't really accurate... that being said I was 100% satisfied and the flavor on my cheesesteak was great. I got the spicy, with 3 cheeses, mushrooms, onions, sweet and hot peppers... would definitely get again. It is way better than it looks in the picture.
Also got the tots (loaded) and fried pickes... the loaded tots may have been my favorite part as they were amazing and different. Pickles were also very good!
Staff was also super friendly.
I'll visit here anytime I'm in town for work.
Decided to try something new and ordered delivery. I am beyond amazed at how delicious everything was! For my first experience, my expectations have been blown out of the water! The spicy chicken wrap was by far my favorite. The warmth of all the ingredients blend so nicely together and the spicy mayo is top tier. So good!
May have been our expectations were set so high. But our food was not much to brag about. Had an order for our family of 4. They were patient with my husband upon ordering. It was our first time having anything from here. Unfortunately, when ordering our pretzels with whz, none of us received our cheese in our order. We are not exactly local, so it's not like we can drive half an hour back to receive it. Not to mention, our sandwiches were lacking flavor. So food wasn't so good. Service wasn't horrible, though. Can't win them all, I suppose.
The food was good not the best, it would have been 5 stars if the male cashier did not roll his eyes at us while we were deciding what side order to get. No one else in the restaurant but rolling your eyes at us?? Will go to another location because of this. Possibly a location without a condescending cashier.
Hands down and I'm not exaggerating, the best Hoagie and Cheese steak place I've been to outside of Philly. It is an awesomely Hidden Gem right here in Middleburg Heights. I mean they have cheese whiz. You know how many places call themselves a Philly cheese steak place but don't have the cheese whiz. That's all I'm going to say
