Romano's Macaroni Grill

Delicious food and good service. It was my friend's birthday and they brought her a dessert. However, a lunch meal took over an hour, not including dessert. This tome frame needs shortened to attract a better lunch crowd.

Great Italian food and spirits. The food was very well prepared and has great presentation. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to others. Enjoy!☆

I was very in-between giving this place a 3 or a 4, but ended up giving it a 3 because I think it's current rating is a little high. Service is great, (party of 2) got seated right away on a Saturday evening, food was super fast getting to the table. However, for the price you can get much better food, especially in a city like Cleveland. I had the lobster bisque and butternut pasta and they both tasted like they had been cooked much earlier on and then reheated. Waitress even referred to the lobster bisque of needing to take a little bit more time "to be heated up". Overall, it's mediocre, I wouldn't go back unless it was my only option.
