Big Egg Restaurant

Six of us met for breakfast after Mass. As in the past the service is fine. My question is why does every meal need to include hash browns. Especially, why does corn beef hash and eggs require a full order of hash browns to supplement the entree? Also sadly one person's hash browns came complete with a hair! The waitress took care of that matter .

Staff is very cordial. Atmosphere is average. Food very good. Service fairly quick. Prices good. Good menu selection. I will definitely go back.

A classic diner experience. Lots of breakfast options such as omelets, pancakes, and waffles. I had the Waffle Combo and the waffle was perfectly done. My eggs were over easy, exactly as I requested. The coffee was alright - what you expect in a diner. Overall, a great experience!

Excellent family run diner/restaurant! Very relaxed, laid back atmosphere, and good tasting, quality food too. Our french toast and omelets were delicious, and our coffee cups were kept full! The owners and servers are very kind as well, and service was fast. I'd rather give my hard earned money to local, 'mom and pop' owned and run diners, as opposed to more expensive national chains. The Big Egg fits the bill perfectly.

Decent breakfast. Nice prices!! Haven't been to the original in Ohio City in a long time so I can't compare. But breakfast was good, and fast!
