Mastro's The 3 Spot

We had a big take-out order and it was pretty messed up. On top of that, when my brother in-law (who is a little impressionable) went in to get the food, some short chubby guy asks him "aren't you going to leave a tip? 20% is good ." Seriously? For what? You didn't wait on us, cook it or anything. He handed him some bags, that's it. And he wanted $22 for that?! We called when we got home realizing the order was wrong and what that guy conned my brother in-law to doing. If I went in, I'd tell him he could shove that tip up his chubby you know what. BUT....we talked directly to the manager on the phone. He apologized sincerely, fixed our order, delivered personally and refunded that $22 tip. That was classy! The food was good and the manager redeemed the restaurant for us. We'll come back but that chubby dude can step aside.

Took my wife here for her birthday. Love this place! Had a live band... cool place to hang out. Cant wait for summer to sit outside and drink!!

We came here for our first time a couple weeks ago and we are so upset we didn't know about this place sooner. Fantastic service the place was packed and food was out to us how we asked and fast. Beers are good prices food was priced great. For sure will be returning enjoy ourselves without breaking the bank! Oh very friendly staff. Our server was very attentive.

This bar is awesome. Great friendly staff amazing beer selection. The kicker was the wings! I thought I knew who had the best wings until I ate there, if you love beer good people and wings check them out.

3 spot is the stuff of legend. Slightly dated spot with little to no updates in recent years but it's always packed with locals and for good reason. Diverse menu, plenty of killer items, it's genuinely tough to decide on what to eat. You'll be back weekly like most in the area. The bar is great also, staff is fine for the most part, beer and wine selection is great. I've visited maybe 50 times over the last 5 years I've lived in North Royalton.
