Spectacular service, loved the food! Our server, Chrissy, was very friendly + worked very hard. Definitely will go back again! ????????
First time being here and it was really good!! My family loved everything we had and the waitress was awesome!! Will definitely go again.
We visited Michael's for an oridinary Sunday Brunch on a regular Sunday. Michael's business has improved considerably, however the same cannot be said for their service. Had to ask for silverware more times than we care to admit ... and as the food got cold, finally one of us went up and found our own silverware for the table. Also bused our own table and got our own beverages to the point where one of the servers asked once we reached their station prep area; should I take these for you? I responded that would be nice. Would normally guess that the Servers were inexperienced, however, it appeared to be more a case of disinterest, since there were phones involved and more interest in interacting with their colleagues behind the prep station. There certainly were twice as many servers then we had ever noted in prior visits, so there was plenty of help had they chose to work. Unfortunate experience.
Love this diner! They are close to my office so I order from here often, and each time the food is delicious. They are also very accommodating when it comes to having large parties in their private room, and have great prices for catering and regular menu items.
Casual restaurant with breakfast all day and comfort food type menu. I had the combination breakfast with 2 large eggs, sausage links and 2 potato pancakes. My scrambled eggs were a bit runny but good as was the sausage links. I was a bit disappointed in the potato pancakes. They were huge! I prefer the smaller, crispy style. The pancakes were served with sour cream and apple sauce on the side. The service was friendly and my total bill plus soft drink was about $10. I didn't get to see the party room but it is good to know there is one available. I would definitely go back. Some of the other pancakes on the menu sounded interesting like pumpkin and cinnamon swirl pancakes. I guarantee you won't leave hungry. There were to-go containers in plain sight so I am sure I wasn't the only one who couldn't clean my plate!
