    I came inside yesterday around 6pm and had to wait almost 10mins for my food. They had no staff, it was only a manager up front and I can tell she was about to go crazy. All the screens where full and lobby looked a mess. I got all my correct food and the manager apologized for the wait and asked if I needed anything else. If only the crew members had her type of patience.

    Being a frequent customer in the restaurant, I always get treated like a special customer, they always ask about my day and go out of their way to make sure I am accommodated in any manner. It's nice to see their smiling faces and friendly demeanor. They are the epitome of customer service.

    Simultaneously the best and worst McDonald's experience of my life. If you're a fry lover, this is the place for you. One of us ordered a medium fry and got a large, one ordered a small fry and got two mediums, one was confused when asked if he wanted a small fry and thought he would get one small fry. Ended up getting three small fries. Never thought we would need a carry out box for McDonald's, especially for fries. Can't say we're upset about it though.
