I work in a customer service related profession and I understand the importance of feedback if there is a problem with service. I was served very undercooked burgers and wasn’t happy so I sent a message in hopes that someone else wouldn’t have this experience. I received an immediate response and I very much appreciate the attention from Carissa Wyatt who absolutely wanted to let me know this wasn’t acceptable. She even sent me 2 coupons for free value meals. Thank you!!

Never have an issue with this location. A great place to bring the kids on a cold day to play and burn energy.

I do get very disappointed with this place milk shake machine is always "down ". was for 3 months! but really why clean when kids getting out of school just makes no sense, specials change so often now even staff cannot keep up. which makes hard to order. I understand trying to get to $6 price point but I go here for my son as most families do. so if trying to get checks up how about having a working milkshake machine and not cleaning when kids get out of school my son learned by 5yrs old to expect it to be "down " big loss for all

Well they may have been under staffed that day but it took a min for someone to take out order... And get our food... We had to take a sandwich back but without question they gave us our money back for the sandwich and a free Burger so I think they were trying but again maybe someone called off or something
