    Parma Ohio location. Great hot food. Great proportions. Customer Service could improve.

    Very fun ordering your own bowl. That makes up for the wait and the sort of mediocre taste. (Nothing beats Taco Palenque in Laredo!)

    The food is tasty, the portions pretty large, the premises not quite as clean as a germaphobe would be pleased with. Perhaps it's just because it was late in the day, but it's not like it was so busy that they couldn't spare someone to wipe down tables and sweep up fallen food bits. But we've been there before and we'll go there again, so I guess that's not really a deal breaker.

    My go to Chipotle. Quick and good food and nice staff. Cleaning could be better but it's close and I've never had a problem!
