Pizza Hut

Placed online order, received confirmation for Richmond Road. 20 mins later I reordered a 2nd pizza for niece. Sitting in my car waiting, I get a call from pizza hut stating that they are out of stuffed crusts. I ask which order, the 1st or the 2nd one. He's not sure. I go in and even tho I received a confirmation they did not have any stuffed crusts. They just substituted something else, charged me $16 when I bought it online for $11. It was a hot mess, but they did work to satisfy me.

So I have a different experience than most for this pizza hut and I've ordered delivery a few times now. My pizza has always been warm, cooked right, and all the toppings I've asked for. The delivery times are somewhat wrong but give or take 20 minutes doesn't really bother me. I live in an apartment and they always go to the correct door and call me when they are here. Im not sure why I have a wildly different experience than most at this Pizza Hut but I do. The customer service has been good and the delivery drivers I've had have been wonderfully nice. I will continue ordering from them for my lazy pizza days .
