(September 21, 2019, 3:00 pm)My first visit to r & s . Food was freshly made , and restaurant was clean , staff and owner friendly. Charged extra $1. For a few onions and peppers in my homefries . Pancakes were good and filling . Not a bad experience average .

(June 4, 2019, 5:13 pm)Had a great breakfast here. The shrimp we're fresh and seasoned perfectly !!! The salmon cakes were good as well. The chef (Faruq) and the server(Robin)were EXTRA nice and the food was fresh. I'm actually on my way there now.
