Worked here as a seasonal employee. Fantastic management and well rounded experience. Definitely worth it!

Not enough parking and the line doesn't move fast enough for the amount of ppl behind the counter. They don't accept private company coupons either. Other than that I love honey baked ham!

Even though there were only two other people in the store all the employees took the close spots so you had to park farther away. Also because of the holiday season they are not making sandwiches. I understand if it was the Saturday before Easter but they were empty. Poor customer service.

They are still as good as they always were! Honeybaked Ham in Rocky River is near & dear to my heart because my beloved grandmother, Janet Kugler worked here for 12 years when I was a child. And I have fond memories of seeing my grandma at work & being with her. She made me a name tag that says Honeybaked Ham when I was about 8 & I still have it. :) She loved working there, was treated well by the company & always got us delicious ham for Christmas. She stopped working there in about 1990/1991 due to an illness before passing away. We still get your amazing Honeybaked ham every Christmas in my grandmother's honor. She used to take me to the Honeybaked picnics every summer which were fun & hosted out back. I eat there on lunch break every now & then & usually get the Honeybaked ham croissant roll, with its amazing sauce and veggies! Exceptional quality food here! I'm sure it's a full new staff from then,- but if there is anyone who has been there since as long as 1990 & recognizes the name Jan Kugler,- she loved the whole staff at Honeybaked! Thank you for making Honeybaked Ham a happy, positive place for my Grandma to work during her final years.

Line on 12/23 moved very fast. Service great, quality always the best!
