Tried this place tonight for an impromptu happy hour, was not disappointed. Had the "misto" salad with field greens, strawberries, blue cheese and an awesome vinaigrette. Yum! Also tried the dates stuffed with goat cheese and sautéed with bacon, absolute heaven! Definitely going back!!! :)
Incredible enough words do not even exist to truly describe how wonderful everything was at Tartine Bistro during our visit. We ordered a few appetizers, two entrées and dessert; each equally as delicious and impressive as the first. The staff and atmosphere were lovely, and we will certainly be back again!
Very nice restaurant. Food is very good. I did first order a venison dish, which was not good at all (venison was very tough and chewy). I shared this with the waiter and she was more than happy to have me order a different dish. It was delicious! If you have a choice, the front room is a little nicer than the back room (which feels like an addition on a house). There is a nice wine list. Definitely recommend Tartine!
Had a marvelous lunch here with a colleague today. A traditional French soup made with duck. The duck was taken to crispy as to the skin but the meat was still tender. Visually pleasing and very tasty. As we were the very first into the restaurant for lunch of course service was excellent.
This is one of those places I don't get sick of visiting. The patio is really nice during the summer and the dining room is a quaint little vibe, feels upscale while still comfortably casual. Cheese selections are usually spot on, French fare is of course the specialty and well done at reasonable prices.
