    Hey family visited this new location a few days ago. The customer serving line wasn't long, but the food line was missing some items for customers to choose from. When this happens you get unhappy customers who hold up the line
    Plus some customers go in expecting the same quality service they get at their favorite location.
    The manager at great customer service but that wasn't enough some customers

    When you're just opening your staff should be train at least 90% up to par to maintain a good product and great customer satisfaction.
    Hopefully they can work out the kinks and get on track. (Management)
