Cannot say enough positive things about this location. Post COVID every fast food location is awful, between the food quality going down, customer service bottoming out and prices sky rocketing. I'm glad to say I found a place where this does not apply. Jersey mikes in solon is the exception, the employees have awesome customer service skills, the foods fresh, you're in and out quickly. 10/10.

Great food...
Was not impressed by the one person slicing meats and assembling food didn't replace their gloves after touching the store phone, and then their cellphone. That's a food safety violation for Ohio health code. The music is too loud too, hard to hear person taking your order.

Excellent customer service combined with truly delicious food, that is what comes to mind when asked to describe my experience at Jersey Mikes's Solon, Ohio location. Best sandwich I've had in a long time, enjoyed every bite. The friendliness of the staff was the icing on the cake and took my customer experience from great to outstanding! Without a doubt, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thanks Jersey Mike's in Solon, for being so great :)
