Fantastic Family owned and operated Italian Specialty Food Store - great lunch time sandwich bar, pizza by the slice, salad bar and olive bar. LOVE the little seating area in the store so if you want a place to sit and eat, make yourself at home. Fresh Bread is Baked in Store every morning. Their Hoagie rolls and Italian Bread are just outstanding. I defy you to go into the store when they’re baking bread and not walk out with a loaf for home. You can get it sliced or unsliced by the loaf so you can cut your slices as thin or as thick as you like. We Love Jim Alesci’s Place!!

The place is awesome and always has been. This review is specifically about Ethan and the catering service. Ethan helped us plan for a funeral reception after my mother passed. He helped us plan the meal, helped us realize where we could save money. Offered us from absolute full service to just making the food. His help on portioning was invaluable. The food ended up being out of this world while the friendly, professional staff setup, served and cleaned the reception. One comment from a relative "If I didn't know this reception was for a funeral, I'd think it was a great party. Your food was incredible." Thanks Ethan and staff for not only helping us get through that difficult time, but guiding us through the whole process. We feel like you are one of the family! We'll be back next soon.

Excellent food for mostly take out. There are a few tables if you want to order hot or cold food but there are no servers to take your order. I had the lasagna because it is a Thursday special. Its put in a plastic tray with a child proof top. It even took me awhile to get the top off. Hehe. They even have a bakery. It closes at 6:30pm most days.

This is the most amazing place ever! The people, the food, the atmosphere, the imports are all so wonderful! The bakery is filled with DELICIOUS and ADORABLE treats (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CHEESECAKE CONES!!!!). The lunch time food is fantastic.... authentic Italian cuisine!!!! An ABSOLUTE MUST!!!!!
